This tells you that he gets paid in shares. Monetizes it by selling them at weekly intervals.

(and boy that is quite a bit of monetization)

Same thing with that FB guy we were digging into a few months ago.

Incidentally, look how much the share price has gone up since Jan. 2.

It would be suspicious if it started suddenly… or the amount went up suddenly. But this is a regular occurrence. Looks like he gets paid in shares instead of cash (or gets paid a relatively small amount).

Incentive to get the share price up.

Can you provide a more specific sauce?

Dorsey doesn't appear anywhere on here:

And if you search here, his last transaction was supposedly in 2017.

Well, that is much different.

Data still suggests he is getting paid with 103k shares every week and then is turning around and selling them to get the cash.

Not really nefarious to me.

He may also only get a negligible actual salary ($1/year?) and gets paid in shares as an incentive to keep the share price up.

But what is the point in just amassing shares? Why would you not cash them out into something you can actually use?

He knows he will just get another 103k shares next week, so why not?

Way beyond my pay grade, but I bet a lot of the upper ranks are like that.
