For those seeing a top tweet other than the one from QAnon, what happens if you refresh after a few minutes?

I see the tweets others are screen shotting of non QAnon accounts as the top comment, but they are further down the timeline on my view.

I am thinking the code insert re-orders the tweets every few minutes (possibly seconds) to put the QAnon tweets back at the top.

Can anyone confirm this?
