you would have to know his public key or the other side of the transaction you would need their key. with those it's no problem, but yeah Bitcoin is anonymous in terms of you can't refuse a transaction because you have something against the counterparty (like banks redlining)

yeah I've thought for a long time this has become an underappreciated amendment. it's my right to not have foreign agents trying to screw my daughter just cuz they have force (oversimplified but it's the principle)
