When I saw all the people laying on top of each other in the corners I thought they were trying to protect someone, the children, mage, I don't know. Otherwise how cowardly. They could have tried to tke him down and he would have killed much less than 50.
So was he NOT supposed to be caught? i read that the cops who stopped him were in town for training and heard about it on the radio and saw the car. Was it planned for him to get away ad there to be a manhunt?
