What does a dog do with a bone.
He cherishes it. He will try to protect it, hide it by burying it, worry or chew it.
That's as far as my thinking goes. Upon further thought, he might, "pick," at it, as in, "has a bone to pick."
If the dog had a bone to pick, i.e. an agenda or gripe, he might need a therapist. What kind of therapist is in the middle east that can't be found anywhere else?

Not necessarily. You could probably learn IF he had one. The question is, is he talking about Podesta or the shooter? I'm guessing the shooter because I think I remember reading something about him being in the middle east.

Well, since Podesta was in NZ and Q posted a pic of him with the drop, I'm guessing Podesta had something to do with paying for the trip. Probably just need to find some kind of connection between Podesta, the therapist and who ever paid. I'm guessing Podesta might also have paid for the therapist.
