Circa late 2005, early 2006.

There was a CNBC interview of Julian ROBERTSON, Tiger Management/Hedge Fund Mgr.

He was opening new hedge fund, then broke down and almost was crying. He dropped something about the elite all building mansions, huge wall(s) around the area, that they were all going to move there — to NEW ZEALAND.

In light of RBG's statement, have to wonder if this is some kind of code talk related to the 16-year plan.

But I definitely remember this. It was shocking to me. Out of context and why almost crying.
