They may go with Wednesday, but their favorite tactic is to throw local PDs off balance by running exercises nearby and then hitting a place short on officers (or officers who aren't part of 'the company' are shipped out of the department for training). Those events usually come at the end of the week, and the goal is to give everyone plenty to talk about over the weekend.

The point of disinformation is to create confusion. Truth will be stated alongside fiction just to create a massive burden on people attempting to decipher what is going on.

You don't try to convince people that nothing out of the ordinary is going on in a top secret base/compound. You tell them that everything from aliens to transdimensional portals and ancient gods are there. Even if every bit of it is true, you deliberately let a guy run around to show wide angle pictures of aircraft while making claims they are space ships, or some such things. Some people will believe it. Some people will not. A few may see through it well enough, but most will either accept foolish things as evidence of the supernatural or reject the whole premise because the people supporting it are using poor evidence/reasoning.

Blood lines and race may be related, but there blood lines are more specific than race.
