anytime POTUS wants to ask the "citizen militia" I am sure a few million ppl could show up at the border for duty. Allowing people to shoot illegals w/o prosecution would go far in fixing the illegal immigration problem.
Just have POTUS use all that ammo Obammy stocked up at homeland. Constant strafing of the border keeps the illegals at bay.
