Posted earlier, but attracted criticism because apparently it is normal for there to be some seepage under the gates when water level is where it is now and what we see could be leftover streaks of water from such seepage. Whether that is what we are seeing in the image is unclear. Looks more like seepage from under the concrete pad, but that would be more than weird because the concrete is extra thick and buttressed with rebar. I think it's notable but needing of further expert analysis and some skepticism. Original image is from
