IF dual citizenship were the problem, you'd see a bigger fight for congress. The issue in congress is Israel. Period. Then there is immigration. There is a myth of a dual citizen having two loyalties, two masters. With countries in which citizens are afforded rights rather than the state afforded rights of the citizens, then maybe it's an issue. The person has the citizenship. The citizenship doesn't have the person. In a number of cases, most blatently, Israel is the king of doublespeak. China, for example, doesn't allow it because they are honest about their position and that Chinese citizenship is a benefit you get, not a right. Dual citizens can hate globalism too.
