I doubt it. If that were the case the pictures wouldn't have made it out in the open. This guy was hired by FEMA to film the site, right after it happened. Some of the pictures made it out on the internet, shortly after this guy "killed his wife" and he fled the country. Presumably, the pictures went with him. They eventually disappeared off the internet. I swear some of those pics look like his
