Does a chicken run around for a while with its head cut off? Yes it does. People run on instinct and training. Doing what they assume their leadership would want. But over time they just lose momentum and can act as a united front.
Can you imagine the fun our Military will have if the internet goes down? When only those with very advanced communication equipment can operate with coordination? I would imagine they would use this move by the Cabal to attack any target they want even in well populated areas because no one can put it out on the internet. And before the internet is back on line the do all the wet work they have to do.
