The following is EXTREMELY NOTABLE:
(This is literally my 4th post ever so it's not exactly eye candy.) Now, let me present to you how the stage is being set to take down Google, Facebook, Twitter and the MSM via lawsuits, antitrust policies, libel laws, infringement on intellectual property, etc.

When is it effective?

How U.S. Internet Policy Sabotages America’s National Security:

That’s because this central part and impetus of Section 230 to protect children, was struck down by the Supreme Court as a poorly-drafted and overly-broad infringement of free speech. So what was originally crafted as balanced legislation – including protections for users and protections for Internet intermediaries – became one-sided law that only protects bad actors from their victims’ lawsuits.
The quintessential pending example of this divisive Internet policy reckoning is the Internet Association’s strong opposition to the Senate’s pending “Stop Enabling Sex Trafficking Act” (SESTA with 67 co-sponsors) that would amend Section 230 to enable child sex trafficked victims to have their day in court to confront those at Backpage.com who have aided and abetted in their abuse.

AT&T loses bid to obtain White House communication logs
AT&T has argued that the Justice Department has unfairly singled out its proposed merger with Time Warner partly to stay in favor with the White House. President Donald Trump has been a vocal critic of Time Warner's news channel, CNN, and said before the election that the deal should be stopped.

Rival chipmakers Qualcomm and Broadcom are in a back-and-forth that can only be described as a soap opera
https:// www.recode.net/2018/3/6/17087758/qualcomm-broadcom-soap-opera
"The White House is now paying attention to the $117 billion takeover fight between the two companies, because Broadcom is based in Singapore and Qualcomm is based in San Diego, and the Trump administration isn’t sure that an Asian buyer should own a big U.S. tech company. This week, a secretive government panel called the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States moved to stall the takeover for 30 days until April 5 while it reviews the deal. And today, the U.S. government said Broadcom’s proposed acquisition of Qualcomm could pose a national security risk, and called for a full investigation into the hostile bid."
