Whenever Q posts/starts a countdown the enemy expends resources to create a false flag event to distract from what they think is coming…this allows the white hats to deplete their ammunition, but also injects further confusion and disarray into the enemies ranks…if they continue to act in preventative mode to thwart the DECLAS, then they will be ill-prepared for when it finally happens…which will likely NOT BE ANNOUNCED BY Q AT ALL.
