This lawsuit will determine whether Twitter manufactures content, and therefore is Financially liable for it

or

If they are a Public Forum, like a Town Square, where they are NOT responsible for individual user comments.

Trump was Sued by Eugene Gu and Precident was set, that it is a Public Forum and Trump could not ban Gu. But Twitter ins now liable because of their Shadowbanning. They will Likely lose this lawsuit.

This is going to Restore the Anti Slander Laws and hold the Press Accountable for their slander and lies.
