No idea. Q's drop tonight sounded like it might be a 6 day delay, but it could be interpreted to have different meanings so that is by no means certain.
Best guess:
-
Twitter denies the charges
-
Nunes' lawyer requests discovery, including Twitter's algos
-
Twitter kicks and screams "trade secrets" etc. but eventually has to produce them, under seal
-
Judge will rules algos are not protected as a trade secret because they prove Nunes' complaint is true.
-
Nunes wins suit.
-
Thousands of other conservatives sue Twitter with their own charges, and are able to stipulate that Twitter's algos are what were already produced, making the subsequent lawsuits quick victories for plaintiffs.
-
Twitter goes broke and goes out of business.
Same with other social media that discriminated/editorialized against conservatives. Amounts to free illegal campaign donations to Dems side.
Good point. If we are actually major shareholders couldn't we pull the plug?
Replace BoD, Chairman, etc. install one who represents taxpayers, change corporate policy?
Need to hold old regime accountable, make public aware what happened, make sure it can't happen again.
