I feel like they were originally planing on going in hot right after everything the went down in Vegas. They most likely had to pull it way back when they realized there were more hostages and or fail-safes in place than they could have possibly imagined.

How fucking sick are these people to set up fail safes and blackmail schemes to stay in power. Who would even think to do that shit in the first place? Slimy cowardly fucks with absolutely no fuckn shame or empathy. So proud to live a miserable life based on lies and subversion.

That being said at this point I'd be happy if they are locked away in Cuba or on another secluded island for life. As long as they are out of power for good. As much as they deserve to die a million deaths. Sometimes you have to leave a door open for a dangerous animal. These cowards are extremely vindictive and will do everything in their remaining power (if they have any) to take as many with them if they know they are going to die.

If they have have been given an option to surrender and they decide not to, it won't be the paparazzi chasing them down to take their pictures.
