That explains the like 15 min delay in police response from when the first shot was fired to the police arriving even though the shooting was like a mile from the police station.
The “shooter” must have known there was a training exercise going on. That would delay response times due to the confusion between police dispatchers and officers.
And yes I am assuming it was not a coincidence:)

EMF pollution is a big one. Turn off router and block and or deflect high emf pollution from smart meters and some electronics.
Then if you have a smart meter, check and block low end emf with Stetzerizers or some other device that blocks low end.
