So the good news I suppose is that it's not a govt directive, so there's no legal ramifications for using 8ch (normal rules apply, no support of the incident, etc. And they'll probably be looking at hate speech more closely now. I think I'll be safe then kek).
The bad news is it takes it out of the bill of rights sphere… well partially. I still think if the executive invests in any of these ISPs then they are providing tacit approval, and that is a bill of rights issue.
