If he didn't apologize, he should face the music to his profesaional career being ruined by choosing to be Never Trump.
Then if he wants to help, he could do so as an anon for free.
Kind of apology is no good. He should go broke and homeless.
President Trump believes in redeeming and I do too. But a person really needs to give an honest heartfelt apology to be in consideration for redemption in my opinion.
