DNA studies show that homo sapiens originated in Africa. Least inbreeding with Neanderthals. Anything there to make it more desirable?
All other stars are so much farther away from our solar system as to render the idea of space travel to our planet moot.
Believe what you want. There is a lot of evidence supporting the Out of Africa scenario.

The difference between the Bible and Pike is that the Bible doesn't equate Jesus and Lucifer and worship Lucifer. But it's good to know where the Freemasons are coming from. So they can't say they are a Christian group.
I've read some pretty gnarly stuff about Mormons. Yes I agree that they present very clean-cut. But the secret beliefs and rituals are very strange and by many accounts, like freemasonry in that there is luciferianism at the high levels.
It seems that the Freemasons pre-date Joseph Smith by quite some time. In fact, Smith was a Freemason. Reading their rituals up to the 33rd degree (quite apart from Pike's writings) they don't seem agnostic to religion. But they definitely do not seem compatible with biblical Christianity which they claim to be.
I agree many are ignorant of the true origins of their religion. Joseph Smith was a con artist. Wife #19 by Anna Eliza Young is really an amazing expose of the origins of the Mormon church.
I've read some pretty thoroughly researched books into the history of the founding of Mormonism and it sure seems well documented historically and not trickery.
Not a physicist. So don't know the answer to your question. However, the trade winds go in opposite directions in the hemispheres. So I expect that there is a good scientific explanation for it. Just need to find the right scientific field to inquire in.
Well, depends on who you talk to. Everyday corruption in the old days was imposing polygamy on everyone. Justifying stealing and lying to non-Mormons which lead to lynchings and Joseph Smith's death and them being run out of several states.
They have secret temple rituals akin to Freemason rituals. Special underwear. Some say at higher levels luciferianism.
Belief that they will eventually rule the worldโRomney was regarded by some as a prophetic figure in that regard.
Books: Wife No. 19 by Anna Eliza Young details the forming of Mormonism and its impact upon her family as Joseph Smith forced them to embrace polygamy and how she was married off to Brigham Young.
One Nation Under Gods, A History of the Mormon Church by Richard Abanes details Joseph Smith's past as a con artist who continued his cons with the founding of the church and the church's troubles which eventually led them to flee lynch mobs into Utah.
Secret Ceremonies, a Mormon Woman's Intimate Diary of Marriage and Beyond by Deborah Laake details the upbringing as a Mormon and the marriage requirements that eventually led her to leaving the church.
Not saying all the people are bad but many are ignorant of the origins of their system and of what goes on at the top, and because they read the book of Mormon and not the Bible, they are unaware of the contradictions between Smith's claims about the Bible and what the Bible really says.
