Now that I’m not in a parking lot, no I didn’t read it. Only because I’m not sure which part you mean. The part in Sec. 5 paragraph E, the fifth letter, goes into a managing director information. If you count to the fifth paragraph it talks about enforcing orders. The first (5) is only the word, “and”.
But thanks for point all this out to me. Next time just copy paste it perhaps.
