Those are UUIDs or GUIDs – Universally Unique ID or Globally Unique ID – they do not represent any encrypted data usually, are just complex enough to thought to be unique in all the world - they are used in database/information IT systems as a "key" to identify individual "things". Like a citizens SSN (social security number), there should not be two matching ever.
