Just spitballing here, and don’t disagree in normal settings, but my thought is that this is the start of a deluge of lawsuits. Not just by Nunes. Words have double meanings. One assumes when he said first of many, he meant filed by him. Do people start coming out of the woodwork to file lawsuits against them inundating them with individual suits before they ever get lumped into a class action suit? If there are so many to overwhelm @jack, and one suit continues as a stand-alone that wins, precedent has then been set for all subsequent ones. Still may take awhile, but I think it’s going to come so hard and fast it will force a quicker resolution of some sort.
