theory re [21]+[2]+[4]
In notables, it was suggested that 21=bubba, 2=HRC and 4=SO(b)ros.
IMHO, those numbers indeed suggest a "ranking" of players that are either arrested or ??? By Potus team.
Bubba could well be number 21 , I think soros could be number 4 and hrc number 2.
logic suggests that hussein would be number 1. imagine ex prez being dragged off to jail. that would top soros and Hrc being dragged of, right? Bubba, although also ex prez, was already impeached and branded a liar, so in the big scheme of things, he is a small fish, hence the low ranking on -21-
