Keep an eye out
At a minimum this lawsuit will show what rights private companies like Twitter can suppress.
Twitter has enjoyed the liberty of "if you don't like it then don't use it" protections.
However, can you still hide behind that statement when the POTUS uses your platform to disseminate information?
Twitter may be on the hook here and it could possible set a precedent.
