When I was a kid, Ted Turner owned CNN and was a widely known Republican, with CNN trying to play it down the middle, but leaning slightly right….I'm assuming once Time Warner merged with AOL, that Ted didn't have as much control over what he controlled in the news and it was slowly turned liberal?
