But the facts are, Flynn pled guilty and Mueller or no one else can go to the Judge and say…oops, it was all a head fake, sorry Judge. Courts don't work that way. Flynn was willing to accept the guilty verdict until the Judge talked him out of it. The Judge, not Mueller. What did Mueller's team recomend for sentencing?
The others I discount because they are all actually guilty of crimes. Flynn is the only true innocent that was prosecuted. Mueller didn't need to target FLynn when he had Cohen, Manafort, Gates, Stone, Corsi, etc.
