someone posted the ipv4 addy for here a couple days ago, maybe it just doesnt work with a surface addy, i was gonna try that also
but yeah maybe java triggers the capcha for some reason

if youre running in virtual machine, try accessing with this site, i wouldnt trust it w/o vm
im reinstalling now and will try later
