Just a thought: Since Twatter is used by organizations like CNN, FOX, MSNBC, etc., to spread the news…doesn't that make it a News Platform and not a Social Media Platform? Which in turn would make it protected from censorship of any kind under the constitution? Meaning the MSM would have to leave all such platforms, and no news can be disseminated there in order to claim they are actually a Social Media Platforms. Any Lawfags out there for help?
