Exactly. A public forum would be protected from censorship but Twatter is claiming it is a private company and can censor speech it deems offensive. Those two concepts don't seem to work together. If the MSM uses Twatter to spread the news, then it is protected by the constitution under freedom of the press but so would ALL news be protected under those same laws. Or maybe I'm just missing something.
