I'd have to roll it back since I was only listening with one ear, but I believe it was about the dems trying to change election rules (either electoral college, or 16 yrs olds or both).

A: No I wouldn't entertain that. The only reason they're doing it is they wanna try to catch up.
So if they can't catch up through the ballot box by winning an election, they wanna try doing it in a different way.
Now, we have no interest in that whatsoever, it will never happen. It won't happen, I guarantee you, for six years.
