Between the article, and the linked-in, there isnt any evidence they are the same person.
Yup.
However, Fox arrested in 2016 for crimes against an adult. That is not Lanza.
LinkedIn, has a Paul Fox that went to school in the 60's-70's in NZ. And worked at an office in NZ starting in 2000 to present. I think that would rule out that these two are one in the same.
tl;dr…….Paul Fox story from 2016 that treated Lanza is NOT the same as Paul Fox LinkedIn from NZ. Yet.

The LinkedIn profile has a Paul Fox as have gone to college in NZ, and also worked at one specific place since 2000.
