Bali is a heavy sedative with the highest pain killing effect I’ve found. The maeng da provides a good mix of pain relief and energy. It’s what I use.
I have been taking it for years. Don’t mix it with respiratory depressants. The ones that say it’s dangerous are pharma shills because they want you on their shit. I’ve been on it for almost a decade now and even with mild alcohol consumption it’s never been an issue. The worst it will do is make your burps taste like alphalpha and make you sweat a bit.
