WATCH THE WATER

Mass flooding across the Midwest, specifically in the Missouri and Mississippi rivers. We anons know that the DS can control weather and the importance of the US Army Corps of Engineers. What if that crazy Arctic storm earlier this month was man-made with the target being river lock and dam and barge systems? Lock and dam and barge systems are a huge economic target that most people could overlook. They're literally at river level and are the first systems impacted by flooding. You can't run barges in floods because you can't tell where the sides of the river are, making the river mapping systems unreliable. Also, the Army Corps of Engineers is in charge of most river related infrastructure, so if someone were trying to scatter the Army Corps of Engineers’ forces and funds, flooding rivers is a sensible approach. Watch the Water potentially could be a marker for the DS’s last ditch effort to spread the Army Corps of Engineers’ resources thin.
