Larry stated Haiti is the most underfunded crisis on the planet. I postulate-How can that be if the clintons, bushes, and so many celebrities have made it a superfund of sorts. Not only that, but within hours of the earthquake her emails show she was ready to jump on this. Please help. Thank you.
