Confirmed secondaries on the target.

Logic should tell you.

The only reason to ever propose wearing a wire is if A: POTUS was unstable or B: the story was to make people think POTUS was unstable and RR was against him.

If POTUS is stable, then there is no reason anyone around him would actually wear a wire. It passes in the media because their narrative is that President Trump is a raging lunatic.

Of course, we know this to not be the case. We also know that the primary reason of the story would not be defamation of President Trump, as there are any number of anonymous sources they can manifest to say whatever they want.

Therefore, the only logical conclusion is that the story was made up to try and spread distrust between President Trump and RR. The hope was that POTUS would fire RR out of precaution and this would allow the dems to declare shenanigans on the SC - either launching one under their control or using the opportunity to leverage someone into the gap.

These people aren't that hard to read.

AWACS can see them. Well, and new radar methods make "stealth" technically infeasible to realize in practice.

To be fair… How many of us wonder what is out there in Antarctica?

These guys are at least going out there to see and do stuff. I mean… It's probably a cover for some deep state excursion/evac, but, you know…

Flat earthers building steam rockets and other such stuff to try and prove their case are not making idle hands.

That's an easy one.

Carter Page and Paul Manafort were informants in an FBI network probing the Russian energy sector's influence.

These actions were used to support much of the FISA warrant.

This is why the Steele dossier is so important in solidifying the FISA warrant. The FISA warrant doesn't necessarily suggest that Page, Manafort, etc were all voluntary agents of Russia, but that Russian agents were blackmailing them with the idea of a recording.

Within the world of intel, that is perfectly good reason to put a tap on someone to validate whether or not they were being blackmailed or otherwise acting as agents of foreign operatives.

Of course, this was extended longer than it should have been, and information was leaked from the process to go to Obama and Hillary.

The insidiousness of all of this revolves around the manufacturing of evidence and distortion of events. Any one piece picked up and analyzed can be understood as a mistake or bit of a flaw - so it doesn't appear to 'have been that bad.' until you put all of the pieces under the scope and start drawing the connections or running the inconsistencies down.
