How many times have you ever heard of someone rich and famous getting arrested for a happy ending? The fact you know about it at all is the point. His charge is a misdemeanor, assuming no record, why in the hell would we want to put him in jail for some sentence? You wouldn’t even get jail time for the same offence and circumstances.
