totally FALSE there is no Constitutional mandate that electoral votes have to go to the winner of that state… that is a state function.. Nebraska and Maine split their electoral votes based on a percentage of the popular vote… that's why NE usually has 2 votes repub 1 vote demonrat.. the only to stop it as at the state level… why do you think Soros is putting so much money into state politics?
