Unfortunately, it seems that the sheeple have so little respect for Congress, they no longer even care or consider how incompetent they have become over time. Consequently, putting said Congressional Incompetence on display has little effect because it is just more of the same.

Hopefully, we live long enough to see 'high level arrests' and the sleeping sheeple will wake up enough to make the same observations that we have been making for decades.

The difference between perceptions is entirely determined by one's own prior life experiences.

Naturally, gender influences could be in common, but it is one's specific experiences that shapes their perception (read filters) and their subsequent different evaluations of what can actually be the same external stimuli.
