Donna is talking about a top secret meeting at FBI HQ in August 2016 for the DNC/Perkins Coie clan. Crowdstrike was also there. But what strikes me most his why Brazille has a top security clearance given to her by none other than the State Dept (HRC) and why this particular group was at a very secret meeting at FBI? 2 weeks after the start of Hurricane Crossfire.

Since HRC basically owned the DNC, it isn't a stretch to say Clinton gave it to her. Especially since Donna was chair of DNC in 2011. Either way, there is no legal reason Donna should have that type of clearance considering she hasn't help a govt job.
