Reading through this drop… How afraid were the ruling powers that they would utilize top brass war criminals and mass murderers to fight Communism?

How does this get unravelled without bloodshed when many of the world's "trusted" institutions were spearheaded by top ranking officials whose fascist ideologies formed the DNA of those institutions?

The International Red Cross: established pathways for exfiltrating war criminals from Nazi Germany: what other elicit pathways remain established?

CIA: practically synonymous with training and utilization of fascist death squads, exporting torture techniques to client states worldwide, protection and material support for known Nazi war criminals, overthrow of foreign governments…. the list goes on.

THE SMOM is an elite roman catholic knighthood headed by a grandmaster who works at the behest of the pope. membership is derived from politics, industry, finance, military, intelligence, media and entertainment. knights and dames first swear loyalty to the pope and then to their country. "defending the faith" and helping fellow members while serving the order constitutes their ethics.

Obviously the SMOM is a complicated organization with complicated connections and a history dating back to circa 1050A.D. It would be silly to think (imo) that the SMOM as a whole is corrupt. However, it is obvious that elements of the SMOM have operated more by a philosophy of "the ends justify the means" than by "the means justify the ends". Hence, protections and support given to Nazi war criminals in exchange for employment in service to Vatican interests.
