State Senate Passes Bombshell Law Promising to Disobey ALL Federal Gun Control Laws
In a massive leap forward protecting the rights of citizens to own guns, the Missouri state Senate passed a revolutionary law banning all federal gun control laws from ever being enforced.
Missouri — As politicians and anti-gun rights activists continuously chant, “we don’t want to take your guns,” behind the scenes — in only a year — politicians have been working overtime to limit your right to bear arms. These laws are all a reaction to the tragic shooting in Parkland, Florida last year and, like most politicians always do, they are not letting this tragedy go to waste. Luckily, however, states like Missouri are moving to protect their residents from laws like these by passing legislation to ban gun control laws.
As the Sentinel reports, Missouri may have just made the most monumental step towards freedom and individual liberty since the signing of the Bill of Rights. In a 23-10 vote by Missouri’s state senate, the state passed a bill that would nullify ALL Federal gun laws and regulations, and make enforcement of those laws by federal officers within the State of Missouri a criminal offense.
Like it’s predecessor, SB613, Bill SB367 and it’s companion, House Bill HB786, would prevent all state agencies and their employees from enforcing any federal law that infringes the Second Amendment in any way, including gun registrations, fees, fines, licenses and bans. Originally authored in 2014, a former version of the bill was also passed, but vetoed by then Missouri Governor Jay Nixon.
The pro-2nd Amendment legislation leaves no room for error and blatantly refuses to abide by “all federal acts” which set out to stifle an individual’s ability to defend themselves.
“All federal acts, laws, executive orders, administrative orders, court orders, rules, and regulations, whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the United States I and Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in this state, shall not be recognized by this state, shall be specifically rejected by this state, and shall be considered null and void and of no effect in this state.”
According to the Sentinel, cops were not very happy with the passage of this bill as Missouri law enforcement officials raked in $34,462,153 in forfeitures from 2001 to 2008, according to a report by the Institute of Justice.

May asks EU to delay Brexit until June 30, ‘not prepared to delay further’
Prime Minister Theresa May has announced that she has written to the EU to request a short extension to Article 50, insisting that she is not prepared to “delay Brexit any further than June 30.”
Addressing a raucous group of British lawmakers in the House of Commons during PMQs, May confirmed that she had written to European Commission President Donald Tusk on Wednesday morning to request the short delay.
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn slammed May’s Brexit announcement, claiming that “We’re now in the midst of a full-scale national crisis.”
Corbyn accused the PM of “incompetence” and “failure” over Brexit, insisting that the prime minister “has no plan” before asking May whether she will meet him to sort out the Brexit mess – to which May could give no direct answer.
SNP Westminster leader Ian Blackford issued the PM with a veiled threat to hold another Scottish independence referendum “if Westminster fails,” unless her Tory government agreed to a second EU referendum.
Blackford’s SNP colleague, Pete Wishart, branded May “Weak, weak, weak,” after claiming her Brexit deal now “lies in tatters.”
Jean-Claude Juncker, the president of the EU Commission, has reaffirmed Brussels’ position on a possible extension to Article 50. He has insisted that a deal needs to be signed off between the UK and EU before European Parliament elections on May 23.
Junker claims this is necessary, otherwise the UK has to participate in those elections. It means May runs the risk of the EU not granting an extension to June 30, but to May 22.
In her letter to Tusk, May blames UK parliamentarians and House Speaker John Bercow for the delay request. The PM goes on to express her hopes that the EU27 will ratify concessions she received from Juncker last week. She then intends to bring her deal back to parliament for a third meaningful vote, before leaving the bloc by June 30.
Since the withdrawal deal was agreed between May and the EU back in November, it's been comprehensively rejected twice by the House of Commons, leaving the prime minister humiliated and, seemingly, on the brink of being ousted as leader.

U.S. Government Killed Thousands Of Cats, Fed Them To Other Cats For Research, Report Says
According to a report released by a watchdog group, between 2003 and 2015 the U.S. government conducted experiments in which scientists euthanized dogs and cats from overseas and fed their remains to laboratory cats for research.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's lab in Maryland reportedly purchased 400 dogs from Colombia, Brazil and Vietnam and over 100 cats from China and Ethiopia for the research, according to NBC News, which added that not only were dog remains fed to cats but cat remains were injected into mice.
The watchdog group, the White Coat Waste Project (WCWP), gleaned its data from USDA research publications, The group’s report stated, "Some of these cats and dogs were purchased by the government from the same Asian meat markets that the U.S. Congress roundly condemned in a House Resolution" in 2018.
The USDA’s own reports said some of the experiments were intended to analyze forms of a parasite that causes toxoplasmosis. NBC News added, “The experiments were carried out at the USDA's Agricultural Research Service's Animal Parasitic Disease Laboratory in Beltsville, Md. The facility was already under fire from some lawmakers for killing cats intentionally infected with T. Gondii, the parasite that causes toxoplasmosis.”
Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), who has cosponsored legislation called the Kittens in Traumatic Testing Ends Now — or KITTEN — Act, stated, "The details of these kitten experiments keep getting worse and they need to end now. The fact that the USDA has been rounding up pets and other innocent dogs and cats in foreign countries —including at Chinese meat markets condemned by Congress — killing them and feeding them to lab cats back here in the States is simply disgusting and unjustifiable."
Mast also stated, "The fact that we need a piece of legislation to tell the federal government to stop killing kittens is ridiculous on its face. But what's even worse is, when you hear the details that the government is actually breeding hundreds of these cats just to intentionally feed them parasite-ridden raw meat and then kill them even though they're perfectly healthy."

Toxoplasmosis is considered to be a leading cause of death attributed to foodborne illness in the United States. More than 40 million men, women, and children in the U.S. carry the Toxoplasma parasite, but very few have symptoms because the immune system usually keeps the parasite from causing illness.However, women newly infected with Toxoplasma during or shortly before pregnancy and anyone with a compromised immune system should be aware that toxoplasmosis can have severe consequences.
WCW vice president of advocacy and public policy Justin Goodman stated that the scientists have enough samples and thus they should not continue killing cats, arguing, "They just don't need to do it anymore; it's scientifically unnecessary.”
NBC News noted:
The studies conducted using animals from China said "the cats were killed humanely according to PRC laws for slaughtering of food animal (sic)." The WCW report calls that claim "concerning and deceptive," and pointed to the 2018 Congressional resolution condemning the Chinese facilities. The resolution said the treatment of dogs and cats in the Chinese facilities "would breach anti-cruelty laws in the United States."
According to the WCW, roughly 4,000 cats have been killed for the research.

Lebanese Security Forces Arrest Lebanese-Canadian Who Spied For Israel
The Lebanese General Directorate of General Security said on March 19 that it had arrested a 40-year-old Lebanese-Canadian, who was spying for Israel for five years.
According to the directorate’s official statement, the suspect, who was identified only by his initials F.G., was recruited by Unite 504 of the Israeli military’s Combat Intelligence Collection Corps in 2013. A Lebanese collaborator, who fled to Israel years ago, facilitated the recruitment of the suspect.
“He was tasked with recruitment of Lebanese people to penetrate Hezbollah’s environment, to collect security information for the enemy’s intelligence and to reach information about Israeli pilot Ron Arad,” the directorate’s statement reads.
Lieutenant Colonel Ron Arad, was an Israeli Air Force (IAF) weapon systems officer (WSO) who is officially described as missing in action since October 1986, when his plane was shot down over the Lebanese capital of Beirut.
The suspect was reportedly arrested while he was preparing to sneak into Israel from southern Lebanon. Israeli spies in Lebanon are known for crossing the separation line to hold meetings with their handlers.
Earlier this year, the Lebanese intelligence arrested a local Mossad agent, who had been involved in an assassination attempt of Palestinian official, Mohammed Hamdan, in 2017.
The arrest of these spies reveals the true scale of the Israeli intelligence operations inside Lebanon. These operations are an obvious violation of the Arab country’s sovereignty.

Sweden, Population 10.2 Million, Offers Asylum to China’s over 10 Million Uyhgur Muslims
The Swedish government will be opening the doors to China’s persecuted Uyghur Muslims and allow them to claim asylum in the country.
The decision was made this week by the Swedish Migration Board to ease up the regulations for Uyghur Muslims claiming asylum in Sweden saying that they, along with other persecuted Muslims, would be welcome, Swedish broadcaster Sveriges Radio reports.
Carl Bexelius, Deputy Legal Chief at the Migration Board, expanded on the reasons for the move saying, “What we have seen is that it is rather far-reaching state repression, where one can seize and detain persons without actual criminal charges. You are placed in what is described as retraining camp. This happens arbitrarily.”
The move could have real consequences for Sweden, a country of 10.2 million people by 2018 estimates, due to the fact that the Uyghur population in China is estimated to be up to 11 million people, according to Chinese state statistics.
Over the last year, the Chinese government has severely cracked down on Uyghur Muslims in its western Xinjiang region where up to a million people are believed to have been detained and sent to “re-education” camps across the region.
In 2015, Sweden took in only a fraction of a million people, around 163,000 asylum claims, which amounted to a cost of around 600 billion Swedish kronor (£48.3 billion), or 14 times the annual defence budget.
The costs of the recent migrants have put a strain on some municipalities forcing many to consider raising taxes in order to pay for social services and for the national government to even look into raising the retirement age to help cover new costs.
The costs of housing, integration, and teaching new migrants Swedish, for those who actually attend the classes, is also complimented by the much higher unemployment rate among migrants than native Swedes.
Should only half of the population currently in camps in China make their way to Sweden, it is highly unlikely that the country would be able to manage the numbers alone.
Carl Bexelius at the Swedish Migration Board, however, said he does not think the new move will make more Chinese flee to Sweden saying, “We have relatively few asylum seekers from China and we made the decision not to expel these groups as early as September and we saw no increase then.”

It is unacceptable for German citizens with Jewish roots like me when German politicians use the word Auschwitz to discriminate against Jews today and deny them freedom of expression when it comes to criticizing the “Jewish apartheid state” and its illegal occupation policy. Auschwitz was the German chapter of a “millennial brown empire,” which should under no circumstances be used to be abused. If Maas had really gone into politics because of Auschwitz, then he should no longer close his eyes to the crimes of the “Jewish state” and support him unilaterally. In fact, Auschwitz and the Holocaust oblige us to assist the Palestinians, who are helpless and alone in the so-called “community of values” of their ethnic cleansing and judicialization of their country. US airstrikes are killing ‘large numbers’ of civilians in Somalia, Amnesty says
Army claims no civilian casualties have occurred since Donald Trump authorised strikes and raids to fight al-Shabaab insurgency in country
The US military may be guilty of war crimes for killing large numbers of civilians in a sharply stepped-up campaign of air strikes in Somalia over the past two years, Amnesty International has said.
The organisation says it had been able to document 14 civilians killed in investigations of just five air strikes, a tiny fraction of at least 110 such strikes that the US military says it has launched since June 2017.
The US military rejected Amnesty's report. It says it has killed 800 militants in air strikes in Somalia over that period, but has not wounded or killed a single civilian.
"We currently assess no civilian casualties have occurred as a result of any US Africa Command air strikes," the US military's Africa command AFRICOM said in en emailed response to Reuters.
Brian Castner, Amnesty International's senior crisis adviser on arms and military operations, said the civilian death toll suggested that the "shroud of secrecy surrounding the US role in Somalia's war is actually a smokescreen for impunity".

A student who had reportedly never played competitive soccer was named on UCLA's elite team alongside members of the U.S. and Canadian national side after her parents allegedly transferred Facebook shares worth $250,000 to get her into the school.
Lauren Isackson was given jersey No. 41 in 2017 on a team of all star players and required to stay on the side for at least one year, an indictment says.
But she made no appearances and played zero minutes during the season after her side included five U.S. youth national players and a member of the Canadian national team, Kennedy Faulknor. Her side finished second to national champions Stanford in the 2017 season.
Prosecutors say her parents, Davina, 55, and Bruce, 61, spent more than $600,000 to get Lauren and her sister into UCLA and USC with fake athletic credentials.
The California couple are said to have handed over 2,000 Facebook shares - worth around $251,249 - and donations to college admissions scandal mastermind Rick Singer.
While her teammates at UCLA were playing for their state or national teams Lauren's roster lists her as team captain for Woodside Soccer Club from 2012-16.
She allegedly did not even play competitive soccer before joining UCLA.

The suicide of Alan Krueger, a former Obama and Clinton adviser who killed himself this weekend, has shocked the worlds of politics and business where he was universally revered.
Krueger, 58, had a new book coming out in June and was still a member of faculty at Princeton University in New Jersey.
He lived at home with his wife Lisa, with whom he has two children, Benjamin, 28, and Sydney, 26. He is survived by them, his elderly parents and siblings.
The family confirmed that he killed himself in a statement that was released by Princeton on Monday but no further details surrounding his death have emerged.
Krueger, who served as a top adviser to both Obama and Clinton, recently completed his sixth book, Rockonomics.
The book, which will be released in June, 'uses the music industry, from superstar artists to music executives, from managers to promoters, as a way in to explain key principles of economics, and the forces shaping our economic lives.'
He was an avid tweeter who used social media almost daily until the end of January when he suddenly stopped. Currency, his publisher, has not commented on his death. Krueger was best known for his groundbreaking research into minimum wage and the effect it had on labor.
He determined that a higher minimum wage did not slow down hiring as conservatives have long argued.
