What better way for the COMMUNISTS to conquer the west than to APPEAR DEFEATED? When the Berlin Wall fell and the Soviet Union "Collapsed" it was because they had successfully infiltrated every level of the American Government. They no longer "needed" their land in Russia and Germany. They had control of the most powerful force on the planet - the US Government, Economy, Military and Education systems.
