Bin Laden is evidently, NOT dead, according to an associate of mine. The associate is what's known as a "Face" for the US and several other governments. That said, I have another well-connected friend who knows some members of the SEAL team that "killed" Bin Laden, and he insists that Bin Laden IS dead.

I'd say if someone is requesting Bin Laden not be prosecuted for something, that's a pretty good indication that he is NOT, in fact, dead. No matter what the document claims.
