I should have added that Reynoso was a former Clinton campaigner that switched to Obama after her loss and joined Clinton's State Dept as Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs in 2009. Obama then made her an ambassador to Uruguay in 2012.
