I second this, the formulation of an IBoR is crucial. I will not support unnecessary market intrusions. I would much rather see us users stop using the bad services that youtube, twitter, google and facebook are providing.

You have to be really careful here. There is no easy fix for the problem, IBoR isn't a quick fix either.
I'm still on the money path, kill their services by not using them.
