Now that Doug Band was mentioned, something clicked. A couple of years ago, when reading some of the CF/Crooked/Podesta/Chelsea/etc emails, I remember having the feeling Doug Band and that other CF bastard Justin Cooper didn't behave or talk like employees in those messages. It was almost like they were running the show. Always sounding pricky, mischievous and cocky in their messages. As if they were minders or 'control' within the CF. I forgot about them and never quite corroborrated anything, but maybe, just maybe, they are DS enforcers, clowns, running or supervising the Clintons, their 'pay for play' schemes and servers and always reminding them to take the cut, shut the fuck up, be grateful and play the part.
