I got this result by dragging the image over a new Bing tab search box, waiting for the box to expand with "Drop image here".
After a short moment, Bing will display the results together with "Similar images", "Pages with this" and "Related searches".
Dropping the image anywhere else on the Bing tab, usually results in a much more magnified image than the original.
