I found the location of the first photo. Not trying to ID the bar any further, could be anywhere…well they serve Brooklyn Lager and Oktober Fest I think. It's NOT the bar next door (Winnies, now closed perm.) because Q is a pain and they never did beer on-tap so what looks like it might be…isn't (it's totally different height, shape anyway).
